By Bus

From Swansea city centre, the number 4A runs to Singleton Hospital. This bus runs every 12 minutes.



By road

Westbound: Exit M4 at Swansea Junction 42 (signposted Swansea) and join the A483 Fabian Way following signs for Swansea/Gower along the coast road, keeping to the coast road as you enter Swansea. At the roundabout go straight ahead. Next you will come to the Tawe Bridges (Swansea). At the traffic signals go straight ahead to cross the River Tawe. At the next set of traffic signals go forward onto the A4067 Quay Parade (signposted Gower) (Sainsbury’s on left).

Go straight ahead through the next nine sets of traffic signals along the A4067 which becomes Oystermouth Road. You will pass the Leisure Centre and County Hall (on left) and St Helen’s Sports Ground and Swansea University (on right).

At the next set of traffic lights, turn right onto Sketty Lane where Singleton Hospital is situated (on right).

Eastbound: Exit M4 at Junction 47 (signposted Swansea West) and at the roundabout take the fourth exit onto the A483 following signs for Swansea/Gower. At the next roundabout take the first exit and go straight through the next three sets of traffic signals. At the fourth set of traffic signals (Fforestfach Cross) turn right onto the A4216 (signposted Gower).

Go straight through the next two sets of traffic signals and follow the A4216 to the double mini-roundabouts. At the first mini-roundabout go straight ahead and at the next immediate mini-roundabout turn right (signposted Mumbles). Continue down hill and straight ahead at the next mini-roundabout to the traffic signals (Sketty Cross). Go straight through the traffic signals and at the next set turn left onto Sketty Park Road. Follow Sketty Park Road to the roundabout and take the first exit to travel down Sketty Lane where Singleton Hospital is situated (on left).
