Sperm Donation

Lucy and her partner Keira had intra-partner egg-sharing treatment through the LWC Canterbury to have their baby son Rex.

After several failed IUI attempts, Heather and Kim had IVF treatment at the LWC Harley Street to have their baby boy Arlo.

Recently we worked with the BBC on their egg freezing documentary. You can see their video here, and the audio version goes out on Radio 4 at 5pm today (Tuesday 19th March).

In our latest Day in the Life blog, we speak to Amber Chivers, Senior Andrologist, who works between our Harley Street and London Bridge clinics.  She talks to us about her last ten years working at the LWC and what her day job involves.

On International Women’s Day it’s a good opportunity for us as a clinic to reflect on how things have changed for women and their fertility choices.

Steph and her partner went to LWC Canterbury for treatment with donor sperm.  After a couple of failed IUI attempts, Steph decided to egg-share

With concerns over a no-Brexit deal affecting the import of sperm from Europe, we ask the question why go overseas when you can buy British sperm? The LWC works with the London Sperm Bank (LSB) to provide donor sperm for our patients without a wait.

"We will be eternally grateful to LWC Wales for their professionalism, care and support"

"I know that some people assume that I wish I had a husband with me along the way but this just feels so normal for me. This is my baby and we are a little team of two."
