112 Harley Street is the home of You Do You — London Women's Clinic's dedicated elective egg freezing service, and one of the most specialist egg freezing facilities in the UK. Located in the heart of Marylebone, this is where your egg freezing journey begins — in beautifully designed consulting rooms, with an experienced team focused entirely on you and your fertility future.
What Happens at 112 Harley Street
112 Harley Street is your base throughout your egg freezing journey. This is where you will have your initial consultation with our specialist egg freezing team, your monitoring scans and blood tests during stimulation, and all the appointments and conversations that shape your treatment from start to finish.
When the time comes for your egg collection, you will cross the road to our flagship clinic at 113 Harley Street, home to our world-class embryology laboratory and theatre, where your eggs are collected and frozen using the most advanced vitrification techniques available. Your eggs are then stored securely in our state-of-the-art cryorepository, one of the most advanced fertility storage facilities in the UK.

There are several convenient parking options near Harley Street, including Q-Park Harley Street, CitiPark Clipstone Street and Euro Car Parks. Accessible spaces for patients with reduced mobility are available at some locations. We recommend checking availability in advance to ensure a smooth visit.
We welcome patients from across London and beyond. From central areas like Westminster, Camden, Kensington and Chelsea, to outer boroughs including Richmond, Croydon and Watford. Many of our patients travel even further, coming from across the UK, including Birmingham, Manchester and Scotland, to access the specialist care available at our Harley Street clinic.

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring a partner or support person to your appointment.
Yes, we have comfortable waiting areas.
Some appointments require you to bring a photo ID (passport or driving licence) so we can verify your identity. Your ID should include your legal name, date of birth and photograph. If ID is required, we'll let you know ahead of your appointment.
Yes, we do. Virtual consultations are available for your convenience, allowing you to access expert advice from the comfort of your home.
Absolutely. You can contact the relevant team by telephone or email to reschedule or cancel your appointment. For initial assessment appointments, patients are advised at the time of booking about our cancellation policy: we ask for at least 48 working hours’ notice to make any changes. - If you need to cancel, please notify us by phone or email at least 48 hours in advance.
- Once any services have been provided, a full refund will no longer be available.
- Patients may reschedule appointments twice without any additional fees. If you need to reschedule a third time or more, the full appointment fee will apply.
- Please note that fertility health assessments are valid for 12 months from the date of booking.
