It keeps everything in one place, so you feel informed, supported and connected to your care team at every stage.

What is Wawa? 

Wawa is your personalised fertility treatment guide, accessible on your phone or web browser depending on your preference. Once you’re registered as a patient with us, Wawa brings together everything related to your care in one secure, central place - from consenting and appointments to medications, your treatment journey and patient information - all tailored to your individual plan.

With Wawa you can:

  • Follow your treatment journey step by step
  • Access your library of videos, articles and guides
  • Directly contact your clinical team via the secure messaging service
  • View your treatment records, notes and medication schedules in one place

How to use Wawa 

Many patients tell us that Wawa helps them feel calmer and more in control, especially during busy or emotional moments of treatment. 

Getting started with Wawa is simple. 

Step 1

You will receive an invitation to connect to the Wawa fertility app or you can download from the App store or Google Play.

Step 2

Tap “Create an account” and enter the invite code provided by the clinic. Sign up using the same details you’ve registered with London Women’s Clinic.

Step 3

Once logged in, you’ll see your personalised treatment information and can start using Wawa right away.

If you experience any difficulties, first contact your clinic. For technical issues, you can also reach the Wawa fertility support team directly through the web portal or app, or by email at support@wawafertility.com.

Yes, Wawa is our platform for completing consent, so you will need to use it for this purpose. However, you don’t have to download the app if you prefer to access Wawa via the web. We recommend making use of the features available to help you stay informed and supported throughout your treatment journey.

Yes, Wawa allows you to send direct messages to your clinical team. This is the best way to communicate with the clinic.

Yes, Wawa is fully personalised to your individual treatment plan. All your appointments, medications and communications with the clinic are available directly within the platform.

Wawa uses the highest industry-standard security to protect your personal and medical information, ISO27001:2022. We are of course also GDPR compliant. Your data is encrypted and only accessible to authorised members of your care team.
