‘We were offered the Kind IVF option through London Women’s Clinic, which made IVF significantly more affordable for us and gave us the opportunity to try for our much-longed-for baby. Unfortunately, our first round ended with a failed transfer, which was incredibly difficult. We decided to try again, and thankfully our second round resulted in our beautiful, healthy baby girl — and we even have another embryo safely frozen for the future. ❤️ IVF is certainly not an easy process, and the medication can make you feel absolutely awful at times, but throughout our treatment the staff were always sympathetic, supportive and understanding. The Eastbourne satellite clinic was particularly fantastic. We had most of our appointments there, and every member of staff we met was kind, friendly and reassuring. We also visited both the Bromley and Harley Street clinics for our egg collections and embryo transfers, and once again, every member of staff we encountered was lovely. After what was a long and emotional journey, we are incredibly grateful to everyone at London Women’s Clinic who played a part in helping us bring our daughter into the world. We went from a failed first attempt to having our healthy baby girl in our arms, with another embryo still waiting for us in the freezer — something we honestly feel incredibly lucky and grateful for. Thank you to the whole team for supporting us through the highs and lows of our IVF journey. ❤️’

‘The kindness and support everyone at LWC gave us throughout our IVF journey was excellent. We were doing IVF for genetic reasons so also liaised with the Genetic Counsellors and again, I can’t fault anyone on the team. They always answered my questions (even the ridiculous ones), made me feel they were available for me to contact whenever I needed, and helped me understand the process. You are assigned a nurse, for us this was Fabienne, and she was just so lovely and caring. Mel, my sonographer was also so wonderful at all my appointments, happy to answer my questions, explain everything and I never left an appointment confused. I’m just slightly gutted Mel was on annual leave for my final scan that confirmed pregnancy! For egg retrieval and embryo transfer, the London team in Harley Street were also just so lovely. I truly can’t fault anyone or anything. Thank you to all the team for everything you’ve done! Thrilled I currently feel as sick as a dog!’

Straight away we felt reassured by our call with Mr Rimmington - he really gave the impression he cared about our fertility journey, and explained all of our options in detail. We no longer felt like just another number on the conveyor belt, and after a few months we decided to go ahead with our first round of IVF. Every part of the process was well managed, from the scans at the Brighton clinic to the egg collection & eventual embryo transfer at Harley Street. Mel was a fantastic support throughout, she was so reassuring through all the scans and when things didn't go to plan, as we had to wait for a frozen transfer instead of fresh as originally planned. ‘I have been doing fertility treatment with the London Women's Clinic for around 8 years, from freezing eggs to a successful embryo transfer and pregnancy with the birth of our son in July 2026. I have always found them to be professional, clear in their advice and supportive. Having moved to the South Coast I moved treatment from Harley Street to Brighton and Eastbourne, with treatment from Fabienne and Mel. They are both excellent and I felt incredibly supported, listened to and armed with all the right advice and information. Both clinics offer a calm and relaxing space for treatments that obviously can be full of anxiety, hope and emotions. My journey at the London Women's Clinic has been excellent and I think they offer incredible care.’

‘I had a good experience with the London Women's Clinic. I was extremely anxious about freezing my eggs and the staff worked tirelessly to describe to me what the process would be like and what to expect. The nurse Fabbiene really took the time to speak with me and reassure me which I appreciate. I'd like to say that Mel, who scans you, was really stand-out excellent. She was very matter of fact in laying out expectations, whilst also being kind and warm and easy to talk to. The actual process of freezing your eggs is not as simple as one might think and was a long journey both mentally and physically. Be prepared to take a month of your time in prepping for it, injecting the hormones and also for the aftermath - which I have found particularly bad physically with a lot of bloating, unable to walk properly for quite a few days due to the pain - although not so bad mentally as I expected. It is very expensive and there is a long term cost in keeping the eggs. It was a big decision!’

‘We came to LWC at a time when we were both loosing the hope of growing our family and having a second child. Apart from very basic testing, the NHS couldn’t help us as we already have a child together, so instead discharged and diagnosed us with ‘unexplained secondary infertility’. ‘We are so eternally grateful to the fantastic teams at the London Women’s clinics for their incredible support and guidance throughout our fertility journey. We now have a beautiful baby girl and know that this would not have been possible without the help of everyone involved. Myself and my wife are a same sex couple and wanted the opportunity to complete our family. We were met from the start very warmly with care, respect and kindness that gave us huge confidence that we were in the right place for us. The clinical care that we received was excellent. We used IUI as our chosen method to conceive coupled with some medications including a trigger shot and ovary scans to help with timings. This worked really well for us. At our first scan (pre treatment) it was identified that I had polycystic ovaries. We were given lots of support and advice with this. The whole process was very professional, calm and dignified and we always felt safe and comfortable. We also always enjoyed the lovely coffee on offer ;) With special thanks Dr Rimington, Chris, Mel & Fabienne.’

‘After a long and emotional fertility journey with other clinics, particularly Agora, we were beginning to feel like just another number. The care often felt impersonal, so finding London Women’s Clinic was a breath of fresh air. My partner and I first started our journey with the Eastbourne clinic through their Kind IVF package, and from our very first enquiry we felt genuinely cared for and valued. Thanks to the incredible team, we welcomed our first child, who is now 14 months old. When we decided to try for our second baby, there was never any question about going anywhere else, even after the Eastbourne clinic closed. We continued our journey with Fabienne and Mel, who have been absolutely amazing. They made the process so smooth, and we’re now expecting our second child following a successful IUI treatment. We are so grateful to the whole team, especially Mel. Before treatment, I accidentally misread my medication instructions and sent a panicked email late on a Saturday night. By 7am on Sunday, Mel had already replied, reassuring me that it was a common mistake and arranging a scan to put my mind at ease. That level of kindness, compassion and dedication meant the world to us. We can’t thank everyone at London Women’s Clinic enough. They have supported us through one of the most important journeys of our lives, and we will always be grateful for the exceptional care we received.’

‘When we started our fertility journey, our clinic was under a different name in Eastbourne. We had a successful outcome after several attempts of IUI and IVF, so when the clinic was taken over by London Women’s clinic, we were initially apprehensive. However, Dr Rimington (our consultant) Chris and the rest of the team were really wonderful! We felt as though they really took the time to get to know my husband and I which made us feel special and not just another patient on a list. Organised, caring and encouraging, this made a huge impact when starting our IVF journey again for our second child. From the calming and welcoming space to the time and attention given by the team, it was the reassurance we needed and were incredibly thankful it was another successful outcome for us with baby number 2.’
