Led by Clinical Director Dr Arthi Thangavel, our Cambridge clinic is a beautifully designed space close to Cambridge train station — welcoming, carefully considered, and built around the needs of every patient who walks through the door. Our experienced team provides specialist consultations, scans and monitoring locally, with egg collections, embryo transfers and advanced procedures carried out at our flagship Harley Street clinic — combining the intimacy of local care with the gold standard of world-class fertility treatment.

Travel Information
Our Cambridge clinic is easily accessible by public transport. Cambridge Railway Station is just a short distance away, with excellent connections across the UK. Regular trains run from cities including London, Peterborough, Ely, Norwich, Nottingham, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds, making it straightforward for patients travelling from near and far. Multiple bus routes stop close to the clinic, including 2, 13, X13, 16A and 13A, providing easy access.
There are several convenient parking options near Mawson Road, Cambridge, including Cambridge Station Car Park, Queen Anne Terrace Car Park and NCP Cambridge Hills Road. Accessible spaces for patients with reduced mobility are available at some locations. We recommend checking availability in advance to ensure a smooth visit.
We welcome patients from across Cambridge and beyond. From central areas such as Ely, St Neots, Huntingdon, Kings Lynn, Birmingham and Newmarket as well as further afield from across the UK to access the specialist care available at our Cambridge clinic. ‘A lovely supportive team who will go out of their way to be kind. With a phobia of needles (not ideal for IVF) they got some of my favourite biscuits ready, and Louise came in to hold my hand and distract me through a blood test. Rute was also wonderful and coached me through the injections to do at home. I felt like the whole team in Cambridge really listened and understood what we were going through at each stage. Not an easy thing to go through but this clinic made it as smooth and stress free as possible.’

Everyone we dealt with was incredibly friendly, supportive, and professional throughout the process. The midwives have been amazing — Jasmine explained our treatment plan clearly, and Louise always made me feel relaxed and comfortable during scans while checking in on my wellbeing. Yes, there is on-street parking conveniently located near our Cambridge clinic.
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring a partner or support person to your appointment.
Yes, we have comfortable waiting areas.
Some appointments require you to bring a photo ID (passport or driving licence) so we can verify your identity. Your ID should include your legal name, date of birth and photograph. If ID is required, we'll let you know ahead of your appointment.
Yes, we do. Virtual consultations are available for your convenience, allowing you to access expert advice from the comfort of your home.
Absolutely. You can contact the relevant team by telephone or email to reschedule or cancel your appointment. For initial assessment appointments, patients are advised at the time of booking about our cancellation policy: we ask for at least 48 working hours’ notice to make any changes. Cancellation and Refunds Policy
- If you need to cancel, please notify us by phone or email at least 48 hours in advance.
- Once any services have been provided, a full refund will no longer be available.
- Patients may reschedule appointments twice without any additional fees. If you need to reschedule a third time or more, the full appointment fee will apply.
- Please note that fertility health assessments are valid for 12 months from the date of booking.
