Meet some of the LWC Tunbridge Wells Team

From our friendly front of house staff to our expert medical teams, we'll support you throughout every step of your fertility journey at LWC Tunbridge Wells.

Mr Michael Rimington, Clinic Director

Working as an accredited Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist since 1997, Mr Rimington is one of the most experienced consultants working at London Women’s Clinic. He has a range of special interests including the management of women with polycystic ovarian disease– a subject on which he has published widely. His experience and breadth of knowledge means that all patients at London Women’s Clinic will experience excellent care, no matter their situation.

Professor Nick Macklon, Medical Director

With professorships at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands, the University of Copenhagen, and the University of Southampton, Professor Macklon is known worldwide for his expertise in reproductive medicine. He has published more than 200 scientific papers and 4 books and is currently Editor of the prestigious journal Reproductive Biomedicine Online. A former member of the Executive Committee of the European Society of Human Reproduction, Professor Macklon is dedicated to researching and exploring the latest techniques that can improve fertility treatments and services.

Diane Casha, Nurse Consultant and Clinic Manager

With over three decades of midwifery and nursing experience, Diane is qualified as an Independent non-medical nurse prescriber from King’s College London and also holds a guest lecturer post at the University of Kent in assisted reproductive medicine. Working at London Women’s Clinic since 2007, Diane holds the post of Infection Control Lead for all London Women’s Clinic sites and runs both the Canterbury and Tunbridge Wells clinics as Lead Nurse and Clinic Manager.

Mimi Arian-Schad, Director of Nursing and HFEA Person Responsible

As a member of the London Women’s Clinic team since 2005, Mimi is the Director of Nursing and Person Responsible for the HFEA. Mimi is a qualified operating theatre and fertility nurse specialist, and holds a nursing qualification from Guy’s Hospital. Her role at London Women’s Clinic also sees her overseeing several important aspects of clinic functions as a member of the Clinical Governance Team.

Marta Wolska, London Egg Bank Operations Director

As London Egg Bank Operations Director, Marta oversees the day-to-day running of the egg bank, from donor recruitment to patient satisfaction along their journey. She is committed to ensuring that both donors and patients have a pleasant and positive experience at London Egg Bank, and receive the personalised levels of care that they deserve. Marta has over 10 years of experience in egg donation and donor egg treatments, and works closely with London Women’s Clinic to deliver world-class treatments to patients across the London Women’s Clinic locations.

Dominika Kwiatkowska, London Egg Bank Donor Recruitment Manager

With several years of experience working at London Egg Bank, Dominika has spent many years working in egg donation care and has real expertise in the ways in which donor egg treatments have evolved in the UK. As London Egg Bank Donor Recruitment Manager, Dominika oversees a team of enthusiastic recruiters who assist and support donors throughout their time at London Egg Bank and afterwards.

Elena Linara-Demakakou, Laboratory Manager

With qualifications in biomedical science, clinical embryology, prenatal genetics and fetal medicine, Elena has more than 10 years of experience in clinical embryology, including as Deputy Lab Manager for London Sperm Bank and London Women’s Clinic IVF Lab in Harley Street. Her special interests include oocyte and embryo vitrification, pre-implantation genetics, embryo culture systems and quality management.

Anna Morris, Fertility Nurse

Originally from Poland, Anna trained as a midwife and worked in the labour, postnatal, and gynaecological ward. After moving to the UK in 2000, Anna started working as a nurse at Nuffield Hospital, Tunbridge Wells before moving into fertility in 2004. In 2013 she gained her ultrasound qualifications and has extensive experience in managing and supporting patients through treatment.

Morag Beech, Fertility Nurse

After qualifying as a nurse in 1983, Morag spent the next 20 years working in the women’s health industry throughout various hospitals, reaching the position of Ward Sister for Gynaecology. Her interest in women’s health and reproduction eventually led her to specialise in fertility care in 2007, before going on to join London Women’s Clinic as a Senior Fertility Nurse. Morag is experienced in all aspects of fertility, including scanning, nurse consultations, and the different types of assisted conception.
