Claire Armstrong

Claire Armstrong leads Business Development at London Women's Clinic, overseeing NHS ICB and trust contracts, fertility benefits partnerships, and corporate relationships, alongside operational responsibility for our London clinics at Harley Street and London Bridge.

With a background as a Hospital Director, Claire brings extensive expertise in healthcare leadership, performance management, and delivering high standards of care. Most recently, she led LWC's South West services, overseeing the Cardiff laboratory, the implementation of our new Bristol lab, and the Swansea clinic — building the operational and clinical foundations that underpin the region's growth.

Claire is committed to ensuring every patient receives compassionate, accessible, and personalised support throughout their fertility journey. She works closely with multidisciplinary teams to foster a culture of clinical excellence, open communication, and continuous improvement — creating environments where patients and staff alike feel heard, valued, and confident in their care.
