Ellie Knott

Ellie is usually the first person you'll meet when you walk into our York clinic. She looks after the day-to-day running of the clinic and keeps appointments moving, so your visit feels as smooth as it can. She's also your link to Dr Joshi, so if you have a question, a worry or something you'd like passed on, Ellie is happy to help.

Ellie is the person to speak to about treatment costs and payments, and she'll always take the time to explain things clearly and answer your questions. She loves the busy pace of the clinic and the fact that no two days are the same. She'll also admit she dislikes sending forms back for review about as much as you dislike filling them in, so she does what she can to make the paperwork as painless as possible.
