Looking for free fertility advice, guidance or community support? London Women's Clinic runs fertility events throughout the year at locations across the UK, open to everyone — whether you're just starting to explore your options or are already on a treatment path.
Our events range from small, intimate online webinars and in-person workshops where you can ask questions in confidence, to larger open days and our flagship Familymakers Show — one of the UK's only fertility events created specifically for LGBTQIA+ families, solo parents and everyone building a family on their own terms.
Every event is free to attend and designed to provide clear, expert-led information alongside honest patient stories and access to counselling and support networks. We welcome solo parents, LGBTQIA+ families, heterosexual couples and anyone curious about their fertility — no referral needed, no obligation to begin treatment.
We also run dedicated sessions for those over 37, offering specialist guidance tailored to fertility considerations at this stage of life.

The Familymakers Show
The Familymakers Show is unlike any other fertility event in the UK. Taking place multiple times a year at locations across the country, it's a joyful, affirming and genuinely inclusive space created specifically for LGBTQIA+ people and everyone exploring what family building looks like for them.
This isn't a clinical open day. It's a community gathering — a place where you can meet others on the same journey, hear real patient stories told honestly and openly, and connect with fertility specialists who truly understand the pathways available to you. Whether you're just beginning to explore your options or already mid-treatment, you'll leave feeling informed, supported and far less alone.
Across the day you'll have the opportunity to meet our fertility experts, hear from patient speakers, fertility advocates, explore practical approaches to managing treatment and emotional wellbeing, and connect with a carefully chosen network of patient support groups and counselling services. Every voice in the room has been chosen with intention — because the information you receive here comes from people who get it.
