Our York clinic is conveniently located within Tower Court Health Centre and is easily accessible by public transport. York Railway Station is just a short distance away, with regular rail services connecting the city to Leeds, Harrogate, Hull, Newcastle, Manchester and London.

Several bus routes stop close to the clinic, including the 6, 19 and 40 bus, as well as the 2 Park & Ride route, making it easy to travel to appointments from across York and the surrounding area.

The clinic is easily reached by road from York and the wider Yorkshire region. Parking is available at Tower Court Health Centre for patients attending appointments. If travelling by car, we recommend allowing extra time during peak periods to ensure a smooth arrival.

We welcome patients from across York, Harrogate, Leeds, Hull, Scarborough and the wider Yorkshire region, as well as those travelling from further afield to access specialist fertility care.

Yes, the clinic is accessible for patients with reduced mobility. As the clinic is located on the first floor, a lift is available to provide wheelchair access and ensure easy access to the clinic.

Yes, there is ample parking available. However, spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. To ensure patients are not charged by the parking management company, vehicle registration details must be provided in advance.

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring a partner or support person to your appointment.

Yes, we have comfortable waiting areas.

Some appointments require you to bring a photo ID (passport or driving licence) so we can verify your identity. Your ID should include your legal name, date of birth and photograph. If ID is required, we'll let you know ahead of your appointment.

Yes, we do. Virtual consultations are available for your convenience, allowing you to access expert advice from the comfort of your home.

Absolutely. You can contact the relevant team by telephone or email to reschedule or cancel your appointment. For initial assessment appointments, patients are advised at the time of booking about our cancellation policy: we ask for at least 48 working hours’ notice to make any changes. Cancellation and Refunds Policy

  • If you need to cancel, please notify us by phone or email at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Once any services have been provided, a full refund will no longer be available.
  • Patients may reschedule appointments twice without any additional fees. If you need to reschedule a third time or more, the full appointment fee will apply.
  • Please note that fertility health assessments are valid for 12 months from the date of booking.
