Senior Business Coordinator
We were first introduced to Natalie back in 2007 when she came to temporarily cover the reception desk at our Cardiff clinic. Fast-forward 10 years and she’s now Senior Business Coordinator at the LWC. Natalie’s excellent focus and approach to customer service has allowed her to develop her role within the company and take a senior position with decision-making, leadership and management responsibility.
Louise joined our enquiries team in 2007, and as with all our enquiries officers, was the first point of contact for many of our patients. Her interpersonal skills combined with her thorough knowledge of our business and services, helped her develop her career over time to become our HR Manager.
